[CinCV] Satellite up-link equipment

Hello,

Sorry for troubling this list.
I know this is not the right list,
but perhaps some of you could help me with where to post my request.

I live in Sri Lanka and I need to set up an up link station to up link
8 television channels to one of the IN-SAT satellites in C band.
I need the complete head end with
Encoders, Multiplexers, QPSK, Transmitter, and 4.5 meter up link antennae
