To be clear, there are two versions of Cinelerra. The original version
created by (HV, Jack Crossfire, and other nom de plumes) is found at
http://www.heroinewarrior.com/. That version of Cinelerra is current at
4.1. The author does not support that version actively.
The most actively supported version of the software is the Community
Version (CV) and can be found on this mailing list and
http://cvs.cinelerra.org/. That community has done significant work to
fix bugs and accumulate and pass on knowledge to people interested in
this great piece of free and open source software.
